Once APPI has received payment, you will receive a postcard with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the postcard will direct you to an online address. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to APPI Journals Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number
